Surprised our oldest daughter with Top Pot after her graduation today. The drinks were absolutely delicious, and the food was amazing from start to finish. & special shoutout to G our server, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Also to the bartender that made DELICIOUS manhattans for us. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the AC wasn't working, and it was UNBEARABLY hot inside the restaurant. It honestly felt hotter inside than it was outside, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. I felt bad because we did end up wasting some food because it was way too unbearable inside. I was unable to finish my food or my drink because it was way too uncomfortable. I would definitely love to come back because the food, drinks, and service were all outstanding! I hope the AC is repaired soon or that something is done to help block the sun coming through the windows. Overall, a great restaurant with excellent food, drinks, and service. I just wish the dining room had been more comfortable.

We had an amazing experience at Top Pot! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything came out quickly, which made the whole experience even better. The buffet option had a great variety, and everything was fresh and well-stocked—there was always something new to try and every time something is out we’d come back to it later to see it restocked again! What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server, Sandy, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Top Pot to anyone looking for great food and excellent service, and if you can, be sure to request Sandy—you won’t be disappointed!

Had an amazing experience at this hot pot spot! The variety and quality of ingredients really stood out—from fresh seafood like shrimp and fish to beautifully marbled meats and flavorful marinated options. Everything looked fresh and well-prepared, which made the whole cooking experience even more enjoyable. The setup was super convenient with individual pots and grills built right into the table, so everyone could cook exactly what they wanted at their own pace. The broths were rich and tasty, and the selection of sides—like kimchi, seaweed salad, and other small bites—added a great balance to the meal. The atmosphere felt relaxed and perfect for hanging out with friends, and the staff kept everything clean and well-stocked. Overall, it’s a fun, interactive dining experience with great food and plenty of options for everyone. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

I didn’t think it could happen, but Top Pot is in the running for my favorite Korean barbecue spot in Philly. Not because of the food but because of the phenomenal service. Let me explain. Food: the options were good with a decent selection of beef, pork, chicken, and seafood on the Korean barbecue and Hot Pot menus. The full menu was at your disposal rather than a separate section for premium based off of the time of day you choose to come. With that being said, I didn’t think that any particular dish was outstanding or had a signature flavor. The food will get a 3.5/5. Service: our server of the night was a young Viet guy named Tiger. He provided exceptional service with no exceptions. From his fund of knowledge, demeanor, professionalism, and hospitality, he made the experience enjoyable. So much that my sister (who is not a fan of the Hot Pot self-cooking experience) is looking forward to coming back again. 6/5 Ambience: it feels like any other Philly Hot Pot restaurant. They’re always family friendly and set up with booths or large tables. What system apart is their robust buffet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I might have come here a hundred times already, but every single time it feels like coming home. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, almost like it’s my own place. The food is amazing, and their new bubble tea menu is definitely a favorite! Karis’s friendly smile and attentive service always make the experience special. I recommend this spot to everyone.
